My husband came home from work today with no voice and an awful sore throat. First thing he asked for? If I have a oily remedy to soothe his symptoms 😍 gotta love that man! 

We love all things Thieves around here 🙌🏼 we diffuse it at the first sign of any sickness trying to get in the door, use theives cleaning products for EVERYTHING, and it’s the key ingredient in our favorite sore throat helper. Plus, it smells like Christmas in a bottle so you can’t go wrong!
The second we feel the throat tingle, I whip up our favorite tea! We drink it as often as we need to and it really takes the edge off and soothes any sore throat. 

Here’s our recipe:

•  1 cup of water and chamomile tea
•  2 drop of thieves essential oil 
• 3 drops lemon essential oil
•  Local raw honey to taste

 (Yes I melted my honey bottle 🙈)
